+Slight compatibility with Steam version
(Some addresses don't find the base because of different exe values)

Same question, just disabling service while running RS6 is working on other things when using Cheat Engine (like farming R).
Wouldnt is work here too?

Sadly no, there was a recent update for BE and now, as soon as R6 opens the memory gets encrypted, that's also why R6 takes up so much disk space when running upon start up.

The health feature is not working, any help? I tried it on different operators.
