Having Problems With Clients Joining My Server

Hey there, so the problem is that when a client joins my server/game he sign in and press on his character but it stays at a black screen. When i jump on i can go through all the way to nexus, maps, dungeons, everything. Does anybody know whats going on. Also i switch over to FSOD becuase its way easier and i love it, sorry Club559 hahaha. But if there is anybody that can help me out please comment below.

Nah i was thinking about port forwarding but im using Hamachi for my game server.

Have you turned off your firewall? Are they connected to your Hamachi? wServer and server.exe running as Admin? Maybe post the logs of wServer and server?

So i just fix it with both of yalls help. The problem was that i had to port forward and my firewall turned back on when i updated my computer. But thank you guys so much for helping me and now my Pserver is ready to be used and played. Im so happy right now! Thank you guys again!
