If it closes and that message appears go to NVIDIA's site to update your driver. If it still doesn't work, maybe it's time for an upgrade...

Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers

Use Option 2 and click Graphics Drivers.

also don't overclock your videocard :P
i also did that, it works great, i have less lagg now on better quality(ATI Radeon HD 3450 :P)
but every 20 mins, my screens goes black, cause my card is gettin too hot :P
