Download Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2015 if it shows vcruntime140.dll. ( You need to update your OS if its Windows 7 here is link to more info.)

For some PC adding .dll file is not going to solve the problem(Especially Windows 7). You need to install Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2015.
