Items Hack

Can someone tell me if there's a possible way to hack the amount of items?I saw on some guys that had over 100 purple flashlights that should take a lot to get them.

Sadly, you can't have item hacks. Only bloodweb hacks (which was used by a lot of people in the past to get things they needed) or farming bloodwebs.

Can you explain why you cannot do this?
