Denial of service attack is an attack that is used so the service targeted cant operate properly anymore. You do that by making a loop which does nothing but connect to the service all the time, getting all the performance concentrated on me. I found out how to make DoS attacks while learning how to use direct connection in C#, it worked correctly on Ventrilo so it will probably also work good for other things. If you wanna try that, test it out in PHP, i have some code here, just add a loop to it and your done (You need the correct IP and port of course) (and you need apache or a host with apache).
