Garry's Mod Player Count/Packet Spoofing

I'm currently looking for someone who can make a script for Garry's Mod so I can spoof my player count. So if I have say 1 player on the server, it will still show up as say, 14/24. Something like that. It must work on Linux and possibly Windows too depending if I decided to later switch to Windows.
Pay
Pay will vary but I don't think I will go over $10 judging from what I've seen others say, its pretty easy.
