ME AGAIN!!

guys, i'm tryin gto upload 2 rar, i already got the first which is like 7MB, i'm trying to get the second which is 14MB, it wont let me load the second one, says a security key is missing and contac a mod or somthin, what's happening?

I'm so stupid............................................ ................................................ u know next time if i ask somthin as stupid as this, dont even answer me, let me torture myself over it untill i get it clear.
