From my experience, i have 20 fresh account (never send a commend)
I use commendbot for account A, and after that i try to commend again for account B (because what i think is 1 account has 3 chances to commend)

BUT, nothing happen, my commend doesnt increase

So, i think there is a cooldown for this method now (they said 12 hours)
And (maybe) also for reportbot

im trying after 24hrs .. the bot working properly but the commend didnt incrase ... what about that?

yup it fix only can give one commend per id [fresh account] .. cant commend in next time to same main account.. dunno why tried 30 acc after 25hrs no more voted

I think only for commendbot method
Because if you're in game, you can send 3 commends to 3 players

You cannot commend the same account twice or more times. Use brain lol.

Each bot can only commend the same person once.

Bot1 sends a commend to Account1.

Bot2 sends a commend to Account1.

Bot1 cannot send another commend to Account1.

Bot2 cannot send another commend to Account1.

No matter how long you wait, you cannot commend the same account twice. You have to use another bot-account.
Cooldown to commend another account is 12 hours.

p/s: anybody here have account creator?

For precisely working ReportBot you need 11 CS:GO Accounts.
Steam guard must be off on all steams you use for CommendBot or ReportBot.

You can ReportBot with one account once per 6 Hours.
You can CommendBot with one account once per 12Hours.

CS:GO Accounts can not be VAC-Banned or Overwatched banned.
Accounts can be locked.

We add account to ReportBot or CommendBot by editing file accounts.txt and we use form :

Put SteamID64 when commendbot or reportbot will ask you. Not name.

So that means that :
