Sleeping paralysis

Anyone having problems whit sleeping paralysis, like every second night or day? (I don't do drugs)

I also heare voices before sleep or in dark where sound is low, sometimes i even see people in morning .

Man that sucks, a friend of mine experiences the same issues. I would be fucking terrified to go to sleep.

It's been happening to me around once every two or three months. Absolutely terrifying. I know what is happening, but in the moment it seems so real and the fact that I can't move a muscle makes it so much worse.

I experience a lot of sleep paralysis not during REM though. When I close my eyes for a few minutes I usually enter the paralysis and try to wake myself up. This happens 3 - 4 times a night
