Dead by Daylight Save file

Hi guys i used a dead by daylight Profile save and now i can't join any games i just keep getting a Error code 1 message, please help I've got no idea how to fix this. (i just constantly keep getting kicked and people also can't join my game when i'm the killer) :/

If i buy the game again on my other account will that one work? that's all i can think of at this point seems my current account is probably banned.

Code 3 is a ban. Here you have a code 1 (aka your account isn't banned, no need to buy another).

Oh okay thanks for the info, Guess i'll just haft wait until there's a way to fix it then.

You are banned. There is a slight chance that you have been mistakanly banned, contact EAC or Dead by Daylight Dev team. Before that, revalidate cache of your game files and everything should clear up
