looks like you didnt turn on mySql or turnoff apache on xampp.

if you use a password, you need to put the password into server.cfg and wserver.cfg. Its something with authentication.

Apache don't have anything to do with server, but if you have apache on and you didn't change the port of server.exe or apache, then server.exe won't start bc port 80 is occupied.
