i was in my vault when this happened my friend was in the realm, duping?

Porbably server restart, nexuses dont crash often.

Server Restart likely, realm crashes are usually the works of dupers unless it's a socket error

well it was crashing about once every 30 or so minutes

I think it is just DECA needing to upgrade their servers

There's a "Contact Us / DMCA" link right at the bottom. I don't think they have jurisdiction though since they're in Estonia.
