I have all those settings and using that injector but ill be able to go in and play but then crashes 30 seconds later

old thread i know, but after about a game and a half cod4x does crash and yes ive done all of the steps and the Chams work like they should... any thing i can alter or anything you can help with?

There's a new update for COD4? Don't see why this wouldn't work, and don't see why IW would update an old game.
