Refund question help

So I am about to partial refund Superdry and I just wanted to make sure that this is possible even if I signed for it. I'm basically going to say that only the socks came, is that fine even though I signed for it?

Damn I just called them and said only the socks came in, then they said that they are going to call the mail department or whatever and email me lol. This better have worked.
