Hey Guys, maybe if it helps some people i translated the Support ticket into english so some people help that maybe.
I cutted all the private Informations out.
Baned for 15 days.

I could understand your annoyance, but still need to say, that we have some Data, that justify your ban.

They wont unban you. I guess you used the cracked Seasonpass and if you got banned for this, you should be lucky to not get investigated by police or anything, Because its basicylly pirate copying. About the ticket: Your ban is permanent, will not be lifted and they got enough evidence (without doubt) to have you reasonably banned

I don't understand, everyone was banned for 15 days, why only i was permanently banned?

Lucky you. My friend used SP Unlocker and got banned permanently
