I keep getting the c++ extensions error I installed visual studio 2015 and all of the extensions that has c++ mentioned.. please help me

the great tool & looks promissing but i cant have it to work
when installed it asked for vs2015 & i have vs2017
is that a requirement & should i have the vs2015 version installed too?
if there is a fix or work around it would be great
