AFAIK there isn't a phone number that you contact. Furthermore, I would highly advise against chargingback right now because it seems as though Gold Accounts are being banned right now for that reason.

Yes and no. as @blueeman said, look at Catchme's threads. Prices are cut in half. My own personal Gold Account got banned, and when asked why, they claimed chargeback. I've also had many people tell me they had similar experiences

I mean, you gotta remember that there's over 5 million accounts. Sure they can filter through accounts, but this just shows that Deca will ban gold accounts. It's not a matter of if they will get banned, it's when they will get banned.

another 24 hours passed without ban, I also heard of others getting banned for cheating/gambling yesterday, so it may have been a wave, who knows.
