Charge 2 SE

Anyone have any tips for a Charge 2 SE??

I'm able to do charge HR via livechat no problem however can never land the charge 2?
I assume its because the excuses I use are uncommon and they want the unit back to make sure the design isn't defective and needs a re-call or someshit.

so my question is
Why isn't "your" charge 2 working?

just trying to double dip on the fitbit I just got Se'ed to me

I personally wouldn't do a charge 2 on live chat.
