For whatever reason, I had just gotten over the constant crashing, but now, I ran SIEP and went into a situation (6) and used AHK to look down and kill myself, then I went to take a shower for about 30 minutes. I came back and it was still working, so it's fixed. No idea how or what I did.

As long as you properly get rid of BattlEye, no, you can not be banned, but this may change in the future so be wary.

Brent, I was wondering if you had looked into the files? As after a random update on Steam to R6S, the game crashes after multiple rounds again.
