if i sold som1 somthing he paid does paypal take 50% of that amount he paid?

No, PayPal only takes a 2.9% fees of the original payment.

If you're selling something for $1 then ask for $1.35 and you'll get exactly $1.

Well, I just read, that it's 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.
