[HELP] Trying to make knive mod but..

Okay hi every 1. I tried to make my FIRST mod about knife but something get wrong.
I dont use photoshop because i tried to make it with following these:

And when im on EDITING part and i open pv_m9 with paint.net, it looks like this:

Some 1 know what's wrong? Pls help me?

Umm.. So, it's like that, originally? Try finding a Photoshop CS3 portable version or something.

that happened to me once

i learned it was because I forgot to convert part of it before i started to edit it

restart it again step by step

also, if you are trying to crossmod, don't (just yet) until you can complete a good finished working mod.

So i have to start again?

it was so hard to even understand what those all means.. English is so hard language.
And yes that's orginally m9

youll need to preform a dtx convert. its a dtx AVP2 file now not a combat arms dtx.

Edit: Ye i have it and i use it.

just start over and do it step by step

don't worry it won't take you very long you probably just forgot to convert it

i did it again.. Still looking same.. Do i have to make video and u guys tell what im doing wrong?
every else than m9 is looking normal. O_O
