SE help...

Hey guys, i've recently SE'd an item but under fake name, and sadly it hasn't been sent to me and finished at the post office so i'm wondering how i can go at the office and pick up the pack, and which excuse i can use to explain the fake name, the name is not too different from mine..

recipient name : mark
my name: marco

the surname is the problem the first letter and some of the others match but not so well..
so i was thinking to go at the office and tell them that i've placed the order via phone and the operator was foregin and that they've misunderstood my name..

what do you think guys it could work or i'll have to leave them the pack?

Can't you say you're picking it up for a friend or something and he's busy at work?
I think the misunderstanding of the name might work. The post office can't be that strict

Sadly usually in my country to pick up a pack for someone else you need a paper signed by the recipient...

Fake sign it?

I think you should use the misunderstanding of the name, don't just say it straight up. Only use an excuse if they mention the changed name. When going, use your real name then try different ones related as "the person I was speaking to on the phone was foreign and might have misunderstood your name," Best of luck to you!

Yeah seems that as i've thought the misunderstood excuse is the best for now, however i'll wait for other suggestions...

Buy a fake ID if it's worth it lol
What website did you refund from? If it's something like aukey (chink company) it's probably understandable

I have it the fucking postman left a info paper in my box instead of the pack..

Just show up there and with the slip and if they dont question it you're good. if they do say they misinterpreted the name or you'll go get ID from home or something idk

Misunderstanding excuse is pretty good, go with it.
