The reason cheat engine isn't finding any data from DBD is because you still have an antivirus program on your PC blocking it. And I would assume it's Norton.
You either have to uninstall norton temporarily or just go without cheating.
CE isnt finding stuff for me either.

I have no antivirus installed. my windows defender is off. So it should work, but it doesnt.

edit: if i select a Game in CE, I see "Easy Anti Cheat . exe". Is this normal?

If that's the case then you're not bypassing EasyAntiCheat correctly. What steps are you taking in order to launch the game?
I just run the bypasser and following the steps. "Run as Admin" -> "Launch DBD". Do I have to do other things?
Windows firewall should be on. And if that isn't the solution than I would suggest rebooting to make sure all your third-party antivirus software is removed.
Firewall is on. Just the Windows Defender is off. I rebootet 2 times, that cant be the fault.

I maybe found the mistake. The Bypasser did the rule with the wrong path for DBD. I had it on a HDD, he did the rule for the SSD. Maybe have to clear things in Steam, but I know the issue.

Bypasser takes steam path from registry, where the steam itself puts it during the installation. If you changed steam path without reinstalling it then it may be causing the issue.
I'm having the exact same problem he's having. I did all the steps, using your program. But I see the EasyAntiCheat in the process menu. I'm not sure what I did wrong. My Avira is off, Firewall is on. Tried rebooting. Not sure if I'm having a pathing problem, but I never moved the game between drives, so probably not.
On windows 10 I have disabled Windows Defender and Blocked EAC but for some reason on game launch it opens EAC anyway and I can still see it in my process list. Not sure if this is normal or not so I haven't tried to use CE.

Windows defender has nothing to do with the overall process. Make sure your antivirus is not controlling your network (this should be done by default windows firewall).

Windows defender is the stock antivirus. I got it to work alternatively regardless.
Dont work for me.
I have the same problem that the Process EAC is still there. I have no antivirus or other things.

I'll keep updating it for as long as bypass exists, so feel free to report bugs or suggest new features/improvements.

[Requirements]
- Run as admin (it will throw an error if you don't have enough rights)
- No antivirus-firewall installed (windows firewall must be preferred)

Basically what it does is adds a rule to windows firewall that blocks internet connection to eac launcher and starts DBD. All in just one click.
To restore normal state of the game just close the program and that's it.

Here's a quick example of a proper usage:
1. Start DBD using this program. Once game is launched you can close the program
2. Use CE to hack whatever you want
