It happened to me too weeks ago, but i just restarted my pc and downloaded the bypasser again and now works

I would like to know what's the difference between your programm and
this method :
- Go to your firewall and block internet for file SteamsteamappscommonDead by DaylightDeadByDaylight.exe
-Reboot PC

Both are safe or not ? Which one is safer and why ?

You don't have to reboot your PC after doing that. And there's no difference between this method and my program, it does the exact same thing.

I am a newbie (programmer , at least i am trying

) Soo i want to write something similar as you made.The difference is i am not going to share/publish.
I already found the right commands for firewall rules / delete folders. But i still dont understand why do you need to restart your PC or WHY not ?
After you deleted the rule from firewall outbound rules , why do you need to restart your PC ?

Because that's how windows firewall works. It doesn't require to reboot your PC to apply any changes you made. If you're interested in coding and would like to learn new stuff I can send you the source of this program so you can discover how it works exactly, it's pretty simple and has nothing really special in it. If so - write me a PM or leave any contact here so we can continue this discussion outside the forum and don't go offtopic.

I do all the steps correctly, but when I try to open DBD process on Cheat engine it says "access violation". Please help

I simply used the "manual" way and it works nice and steady.
I don't know why, a friend of mine uses your tool and has no problem at all :/

I'm aware of the issue when it doesn't work if the game is installed on a different drive (or outside the steam folder). Maybe I'll fix this someday, but I don't think it's that much of a problem.

Just throwing this out there for people that don't want to turn off their anti-virus/firewall for whatever reason. You can always add a rule to your antivirus' firewall to block DBD.exe. Since the bypasser didn't work for me I did it this way instead and ran into 0 issues.
