So now that I've proceeded to use CE to hack parts of my DbD, must I always use the bypasser to play or can I launch via steam without a ban?

why are u so selfish and blind i thought otherwise before reading your answers and before i write my own problem i clicked on that link and downloaded the nvidia update for that as it says but doesnt work, dont you understand only a fool would recommend to update the graphic card or change Gpu clock so your program get worked? it also worked fine till i restarted pc and now it's f*ucked up my firewall prefer set rules manually instead of using that and owing a fool.
He's selfish for making a hack that you can use for free? Lul.

I installed DBD on another directory so i can't use this bypasser, so i started to use rules method... but i can't use it anymore, it doesnt work for me. Am i doing something wrong? Did they patched it?
Yeah, seems like the update also doesnt let CE to work.
