xCoded Ban Appeal

Hello, I had the account xCoded about 6 months ago that was banned for scamming. I wasn't trying to scam anyone, and was partnered with a person performing a service. This person ended up scamming which led back to me, and I was not able to pay the people that didn't receive our services, but I have the money and would like to be unbanned. The person I need to pay back is DSRyan for $15 via PP, I wouldn't scam for $15 and really would like to be unbanned. I need confirmation that if I refund the charge, will I get unbanned? That is the only person that had a problem with me. Thanks

Contact the victim(s) of the scam and have them post here.
Once you refunded the users, your ban will be lifted, but you will be blacklisted for a period of time (TBD).
You will not be allowed to participate in any marketplace activities during the time you are blacklisted (includes trading, etc).

If I show proof of the refund wouldn't that work. DSRyan seems very inactive, the last he was on was 3 weeks ago.

EDIT: I also don't have his contact info anymore(skype)

No, he needs to come here and post. If you send him the payment over paypal you can attach a message asking him to post here, or send an email.

If they are pissed off and mad (I would be) and they don't post, as long as you can prove indefinitly that you repaid your debts it will not be an issue

IIRC, if the user has been inactive for x amount of time, instead, you can do a giveaway with the same amount that you need to pay him.
Don't take my word for it though, I just read that a few times here and there.

What do you means "2 days", it has been like 6 months. Can someone tag a mod to verify this giveaway thing?

Give it a week. If the user does not come back then, you can do a giveaway with equal value to compensate for such.
