Trying to make client but get error

I'm on VS and when i hit the start button but get this error

You're missing the "content" folder that has all of the images and whatnot for the game. Add that folder to where ever your compiled Terraria.exe is being output to, and it should load.

this is a old post I think there was a content folder but i'm not sure

I know it was an old post, but I replied in case it could help others who have the same error. The error is about a missing file in the /Content/Images folder. Either the folder is missing, or just the TileCracks.xnb file is missing.
