If you are talking about being able to teleport through unsafe tiles, it is called "unsafe prism use" under the "other" tab. You want it to be set to "on" if you want to be able to teleport to block spots. This can be done with rodue plane walker too I think.
i think hes talking about how it was programmed into the client, not how its executed in-game
