You probably have a virus. Most likely maleware :/

I'm on my cellphone dipshit

and now, i just turned on my computer, and when I try to run a virus scan, my virus program closes and my computer shuts down.

Virus is virus. Run in safe mode(?) and system restore. (probably won't work)

Or, insert Window's back-up disc and just reinstall windows. Better hope you didn't have anything important.
