You need to spend ACs to get it.

like asamortal said, it is impossible to get it without having the required items. Even if you have the shop id.

You need get lucky in opening treasure chests in order to even get started.

well it gives luck which will be worth exactly nothing after the server rewrite so not really a pay to win just a cheesy way to get some easy cash from dumb players. (no offence to anyone who bought that stuff just saying it is not the most clever way to spend acs.)

But it's the only way to get a Free-player weapon with the Most Unstable Weapon Damage Range in the game.
