PayPal Issues

So, everyone lately has been having troubles with PayPal and was just wondering something. A lot of people just use it on their mobile. Is it a lot less riskier if you just keep your paypal on your mobile and is there a less chance of getting limited?

No I was being a twat just then. To together no sense. It's "come together." Not "come to together." See how it's almost like a studder? Because "to" is already in "together" so there's no point of saying it twice. I know, English is confusing af, but you Canadians will figure it out.

This is the only time I agree with you.

Too much of a whining when it comes to PayPal, we can't do anything, but seems like it's way too hard for people to understand it.
