How much for a turtle beach se or some form of gaming headset for my ps4?

Lots of people could do Logitech for $20 or so

I can do a logitech g933 for you for 40% of product retail value

Jaybird, Logitech and Plantronics are quite easy to do yourself if you're creative enough.
