[Help] Logitech Headset troubles...

Well I am getting really weird sounds from it. When I unplug them (they are USB) my regular speakers sound fine, great even. However, the headset is sounding very fuzzy and weird.

I tried plugging it into a different computer and it sounded fine. Tried plugging into a couple different USB's on the computer that's having the problems, which didn't change anything.

After listening very closely, I'm pretty sure I can hear the regular normal sound, and the weird deep fuzziness is actually an echo. So I've checked around my computer and can't seem to find anything like an echo option. I've checked Control Panel/Sounds and also this retarded Sound Effect Manager I have. Now I fucking stubbed my fucking finger trying to find the drivers for my headset to see if I can uninstall/reinstall them.
