General Advertising Questions
As far as advertising for MPGH goes, how do you guys do it? I've tried running smaller gaming forums before and the audience always seems to start off high and then disappear quickly (along with the forums). Am I advertising to the wrong groups? Is there something I simply do not know? I would appreciate any tips/tricks that would help for the future. Thanks!

Here's what I consider an unbiased reply:

Smaller gaming forums have mostly repeat users, and few guests, we're the opposite, less members and more guests... So new eyes and clicks are always happening. Generally speaking, advertisers seem to enjoy our service, hence the high repurchase rate and the higher demand than supply, currently there's a 6-7 advertiser wait list.

Bigger forums will usually get better returns, a good indicator is the member count to post count. If a forum has 10k members and 3 million posts, you know it's full of the same eyeballs viewing the ad. Ideally not a good candidate for advertising.
