So what is wrong with my character ("Social and mental qualities distinctive to an individual") and how can I improve?

I think you'll be better off asking someone you personally know. Or you get these wannabe psychologists here acting as if they know stuff. And yes what arunforce said, give 'm a little more information so they know what questions to ask you.
