Looking for a person to setup a web-based reportbot on a Debian VPS.

Functions needed:
Ar1i reportbot source to be pasted (https://github.com/Ar1i/Report-Bot-Web)
Accounts cycler (the system to uses 11 accounts per report, puts them into cooldown after use, and the takes another 11 etc.)
Consumable credit system (generating consumable keys for buyers)
