Adderall Side effects?

So yesterday afternoon I decided to take Adderall as I was tired, unfocused and had no motivation what so ever but had quite a lot to do. Im not prescribed but a friend gave me hers as she was moving out and was going to trash them anyways. Fast forward through the day, I feel fine, the adderall had worked and I was able to get a lot of stuff done. I get to about 8 o clock and get ready to go lift with some friends. A friend offers me some pre workout (Bnox) which I usually don't take but I figure why not ? It will help with my lift and I'm pretty sure the adderall has already worn off by this point. I drink the pre workout and immediately feel slightly nauseated. I brush it off and go workout anyway and the nausea quickly subsides. Get back from workout and I notice my stomach is hurting quite bad. I ignore it but it progressively worsens throughout the night to the point where I tried to make myself throw up everything just to flush my system. Ended up staying up the whole night in rather excrutiating pain and could not go to the bathroom. Stomach felt like it was about to explode and someone was squeezing it simultaneously. 7 am and I can tell I have a fever and my head is throbbing. Stomach still hurts on and off but asked a friend for some laxatives which once they had done their magic seemed to lessen the pain in my stomach. Ive spent all of today sleeping and resting, still feeling like shit. Have taken 4 ibruprofens to try and reduce the headaches but they haven't been much help. I've taken adderall once before for a final last semester and had no side effects at all. It was even a higher dose than I took this time. I took cor 132 (10 mg) this time. Anyone ever experience anything like this? Do you guys think its from the Adderall or something else?

I'll actually help you out here instead of telling you not to take drugs, but it sounds like you might've been or are having a mild heart attack.
I've had one before but on different drugs, and it sounds similar. Adderall is an amphetamine, which means it increases your heart rate. Then you go and take some pre-workout that's probably jacked with caffeine, which also increases your heart rate. And I'm guessing you didn't really pay any attention to how fast your heart was beating but if it was more than 160 bpm, you're doing damage to your heart. Its like drinking like 5 energy drinks in one day, not good for you.

If the same pain comes back, I suggest visiting the doctor. Scary what amphetamines can do to you.

Adderal can become addictive. Pre workout also has a shit ton of caffeine its probably what made you sick. Pre workout isnt good for your body.

Side effects - Great increase in consuming information and effectively playing games. If you overdose you become pretty much anyone in Cloud9
