The best place to go for a medical emergency is MPGH.

I would say combining the adderal and pre workout, you experienced too much pressure from your heart. This probably made your body react poorly to what was in your stomach giving those pains. That isn't a common thing for adderal so the pre workout must have been the icing on the cake to make your body overwork itself.
Too long didn't read :P . Unlug bruv.
Adderall and that Pre-Workout (BNOX) is probably the cause, with your body reacting that way as the effect.
Mixing the two is actually quite dangerous and honestly if you powered through the pain at the GYM and started lifting, you'd most likely end up in the Emergency Room.

Caffeine itself is a drug (Which is in the BNOX), it can cause insomnia, nervousness and restlessness, stomach irritation, nausea and vomiting, increased heart rate and respiration, and other side effects.
Adderall, which is a Amphetamine can constrict blood vessels and raise heart rate and blood pressure. The side effects include dizziness, upset stomach, and headache. They may also cause nervousness and insomnia.
Now everybody experiences drugs differently due to various factors. How much do you weigh? How much did you have to eat? How long have you been taking the drug (Tolerance)? These are some of those factors.

If I'm a 300lb meathead and takes a single 10mg Adderall, I may "notice" the adderall slightly or not even at all.
If "Billy Bob" is a 120lb twig and takes a single 10mg Adderall, he may feel like he's on a Limitless(Movie) pill.

Adderall's increased HR + BNOX increased HR + increased HR from lifting = Cardiac Arrest

My tip to you: if you're going to continue taking Adderall / BNOX , is don't take them both at the same time & add lifting / anything strenuous on your body. You don't need Adderall to go to the gym (I know you didn't purposely take it just to go to the gym).

Lay off the stuff for a couple days and monitor yourself, see how you feel. If any pain continues or encounter any abnormal sharp pains, seek medical help ASAP.

Glad you're alive.
Damn, dude hope you are feeling better now.

I've had one before but on different drugs, and it sounds similar. Adderall is an amphetamine, which means it increases your heart rate. Then you go and take some pre-workout that's probably jacked with caffeine, which also increases your heart rate. And I'm guessing you didn't really pay any attention to how fast your heart was beating but if it was more than 160 bpm, you're doing damage to your heart. Its like drinking like 5 energy drinks in one day, not good for you.

If the same pain comes back, I suggest visiting the doctor. Scary what amphetamines can do to you.

One of the most pronounced side effects of Adderall and most stimulants are excessive sweating.
