Welcome to MPGH, to send PM's you are going to need more post. If I were you I would go ahead and read the "Rules" and the "HOW2MPGH" as they will tell you a lot of information you will need to know. Also they will answer a bunch of your questions!

I'm having the same issue, which is very frustrating. I think it should be stated somewhere in email they send you to verify, that you're not allowed to send messages until after you've made 10 posts.
