Is it quicker to refund clothing stores by calling them up? Or just chatting them up? I don't really like phone calls but i dont really mind that much. Or is the process the same for both?
Do you believe a text message or a call more?
Obviously calls are more effective 90% of the time.
You can call but when the representative asks questions, then you do need to know what to say (instantly). If you email then you have more time to think about what you want to reply.
Abercombie and Hollister is easier to do via email. And they respond within few hours.
Some clothing stores that offer livechat are doable. However, calling them is always better as things get done usually over 1 call. For livechat, they might ask you to wait a couple days before anything actually happens.
Like the user above me said, Hollister/a&f are really easy to refund over livechat, and even more easier via call.
