GTA RP Server Bans

Does anyone know how they ban you on RP servers for GTA on the GTA Network? I got banned from the Eclipse RP, and changing my IP didn't work, so I'm wondering what they mark for bans and if it's possible to skirt the ban. There has to be, right? They aren't Rockstar, there is nothing they can use to ban you that they can stop you from modifying.

Any ideas?

Different Account should help (maybe)

since you are using their own client to connect to game, they may ban your HWID.
