How long should it take for an e-mail confirming the replacement be sent? I did it over the weekend and still waiting

i had a SE done and i never got the email but the keyboard came today when the SEer said ill get email

so i think best is to wait 1-2days and contact your SEer or just call them if youre doing the SE yourself
