Scamed using paypal

It all depends if you sent from a card or from your paypal balance. If you sent from a card there is a way, just cancel it through your card administrators. If its from paypal balance your most likely screwed. That sucks to hear i'm sorry man.

Double edged sword. Might be using it for other reasons, however you can charge back via bank or credit card providers.

Not true at all. I was scammed 50 for F&F and did a non authorized claim and got it back in 11 days just like a dispute
