Using VCC to refund apple, google etc? Any one do it before? Any tips?

As long as that VCC can accept refunds its fine. Some don't

No but I seen couple of people do refunds on them. It's completely fine if it can accept refunds back. Just read the policy.

Tried VCC that I use on a lot of site on Google, they wouldn't accept the card.

Wouldn't accept it. Just told me to try another card. Usually this VCC works bypassing many sites such as HP, target, Macy's. There's more I need to try but I haven't tried it yet.
