[HELP]Commands

Is there a command for Getting the time from the Windows Clock?? My dad wants me to make a program that is a clock basuically and I need the command that gets the Windows time

It's called DateTime or Date.. (not sure about VB) anyway heres a link:

Date:  the date 
Day: the day of the month 
DayOfWeek: day of the week 
DayOfYear: the day of the year 
Hour:  the hour 
Millisecond: the milliseconds
Minute: returns the minute 
Month: returns the month
Now: Returns the time it is now based on local settings
Second: returns the seconds 
TimeOfDay: returns the time of day 
Today: current system date.
UtcNow: returns a DateTime value that is the current local date and time on this computer (UTC).
Year: returns the year

yup those are all them but one time the hour was not working for me -...-
