I'm looking for someone who can create a program that is able to automatically count cell clusters in an image accurately. The program must be sophisticated to realize what to count and what not to count for example: http://imgur.com/a/Valr9
If the program was given a image like this, it would only have to count the things I circled in blue(those specific little white particles) and nothing else. I'm not sure if I'm making any sense because I'm pretty inexperienced when it comes to coding but if you can help in any way I'd appreciate it. Thanks. We can discuss a price and etc on skype
