Rank hacks?

Hey guys, I've been looking at a few rank hacks from this forum, and some have 3 options (level 1, level 45, and level 70 max prestige), while others like ijusthelp's rank hack lets you choose. I tried ijusthelp's rank hack but it doesn't work on my computer. Are there any other rank hacks that I can use? I want to get to level 45 on 5th prestige.. Thanks!

i made a trainer where you can choose each 5th level...for instance 5/10/15/20 and so on...

Ok, You can download Melodia's trainer. It lets you choose every 5th level.
You can download it here.

all of these trainers are good but the ones id go with are ovodoby, blubb1337 and mel
