Refunding question

What gaming laptops do you guys deem refundable and from what site? Who is the best person in your guy's opinion to contact about having something like this. I'm thinking under 1k in price laptops.

Just so you know most refunders don't have varying skill levels. Everyone pretty much uses the same methods and they don't vary too much. Good luck though!
