Flannels uk Refund questio

Anyone got any idea how I can get them to do a partial refund.

I know how haha.

I just don't know where.

They don't have a live chat and since the orders in a female name I can't call up either

It's in a female name.

"Yeah I'm <name>'s husband calling in regards to <order>". Done.

Flannels is not possible, they weigh and have CCTV footage of the item being packaged. I tried them a few months ago, impossible imo.
